Senior Associate, VMO Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain reporting programs for the Vendor Management Organization (VMO)

• Gather, analyze, and present data from various sources including databases, spreadsheets, and applications

• Produce detailed reports for both internal and external stakeholders

• Recognize trends, insights, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide decision-making

• Conduct statistical and trend analyses

• Detect patterns within data sets

• Enhance processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting

• Utilize Power Query, Python, and Tableau

• Investigate root causes of process or program deficiencies

• Lead initiatives necessary for process enhancement

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or managers

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education — Required

• Over 5 years of experience in reporting development within a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) organization

• Strong knowledge of TPRM standards and best practices

• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with vendor management software is preferred
