This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bermuda.

📋 Description

• Performing financial analyses and valuations of diverse financial instruments, such as private equity, private debt, venture capital, and real estate;

• Evaluating valuation reports and analyses created by clients and their advisors;

• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams, including internal specialists and global colleagues, to achieve high-quality results.

• Conducting independent analyses to evaluate the reasonableness of key assumptions and valuation conclusions, while also performing necessary sensitivity and scenario analyses;

• Developing written deliverables, including valuation reports, memorandums, and presentations for both internal and external clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least three (3) years of experience in a professional services setting such as audit, consulting, or corporate finance, preferably with an emphasis on the valuation of illiquid investments.

• An internationally recognized professional qualification in accounting/finance (ACA, CPA, CA, etc.) is mandatory.

• A qualification focused on valuation or finance (CFA, ABV, CBV, etc.) or progress towards obtaining one is highly desirable.
