Senior Associate, Strategy and Operations, Fraud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish and execute DoorDash's strategy regarding Dasher fraud.

• Examine fraud vectors throughout DoorDash's platform.

• Engage and influence various departments within the company, including product, engineering, analytics, and cross-functional teams.

• Employ data-driven decision-making to conduct tests aimed at reducing fraud while promoting growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics, or a related field; experience in high-growth environments is preferred.

• A strong interest in working within a fast-paced, ownership-oriented setting.

• Proven experience contributing to large-scale projects, achieving objectives, and thriving in a team-oriented environment.

• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities; proficiency in SQL and advanced skills in Excel (capable of managing complex spreadsheets) are essential.

• Capacity to thoughtfully evaluate multiple viewpoints and effectively communicate them to foster understanding and alignment.
