Senior Associate – Strategy and Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop playbooks aimed at assessing and increasing new Merchant volume for emerging business lines.

• Rapidly gain expertise in product knowledge, operations, and Merchant relations.

• Construct models, generate documentation, and establish processes to secure deals and improve customer experiences.

• Conduct thorough analyses and provide valuable recommendations regarding business strategy.

• Strong cross-functional abilities and experience managing projects that involve multiple teams.

• Well-organized with a strong commitment to adhering to processes and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

• Prior experience in eCommerce and/or logistics is preferred.

• Inquisitive about the business environment, capable of asking insightful questions and challenging existing norms.
