Senior Associate, Pursuits and Proposals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the proposal strategy by crafting tailored pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and presentations for both new business initiatives and contract renewals.

• Leverage insights gained from previous pitches and client interactions to formulate effective winning strategies.

• Oversee the project management of RFP responses and pitches, which includes organizing meetings, developing content, facilitating revisions, and engaging in debrief sessions.

• Maintain relevant data and derive insights that support new business endeavors.

• Design and manage new sales materials.

• Acquire knowledge of the JLL platform across various service lines to optimize cross-selling opportunities.

• Gain familiarity with JLL's tools and technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Journalism, Graphic Design, Communications, or Marketing.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience; experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Real Estate is advantageous.

• Excellent creative abilities and a solid understanding of graphic design principles.

• Competence in Microsoft Office suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and OneDrive.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign.

• Technologically proficient and adaptable.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities.

• Strong verbal communication skills.

• Outstanding organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Commitment to understanding and delivering excellent client service.

• Enjoys engaging in pitches, pursuits, and presentations.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
