Senior Associate – Power Platform Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design, development, enhancement, and automation of business applications and reporting functionalities using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

• Create and refine applications and on-demand reporting features utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power BI.

• Design, develop, configure, and improve scalable web applications, dashboards, and reporting tools to facilitate business and financial operations.

• Create automation solutions to enhance financial reporting, accounting analysis, audit support activities, and process improvements.

• Implement automation to evaluate data from source documents and HHS accounting systems, optimizing reporting workflows.

• Aid in audit activities by developing automated solutions that enhance audit readiness, remediation tracking, and reporting accuracy.

• Create and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical documentation, and user guidance materials.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members to convert user stories and business needs into functional technical solutions.

• Recognize critical dependencies, troubleshoot technical challenges, implement enhancements, and support system monitoring efforts to ensure solution reliability.

• Assist with deployment activities, including conducting post-deployment reviews, validating system functionality, and resolving production issues.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

• More than 5 years of direct experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power BI.

• At least 2 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting scalable business applications and workflow automation solutions.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in developing dashboards, reporting capabilities, and data visualization solutions to support client operations and decision-making.

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and have the capability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
