Senior Associate, Physical Security Initiatives

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive execution of initiatives that redefine the delivery of physical security solutions to employees and guests worldwide.

• Assist the Security Enablement Engineering team in the implementation and setup of automated systems.

• Collaborate daily with Workplace, IT, Legal, and HR to ensure that security workflows are in alignment with company-wide objectives.

• Conduct research and aid in developing business cases for new security vendors, tools, and operational improvements.

• Maintain and refresh global standards for physical security systems, guaranteeing a consistent user experience across all office locations.

• Gather and evaluate data from security systems and employee feedback to assess program effectiveness and KPIs.

• Support the execution of pilot programs and design sprints, integrating stakeholder feedback to refine security processes.

• Serve as the primary liaison for project-specific coordination among operations, engineering, and site-level teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, physical security operations, or project management with a technology focus.

• Demonstrated success in supporting or leading intricate initiatives involving technology implementation and stakeholder engagement.

• Ability to deconstruct complex processes into clear, actionable workflows and documentation.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to convey technical security requirements to non-technical stakeholders.

• Practical experience with physical security technologies such as access control, visitor management, or identity systems.

• Excels in fast-paced environments and is comfortable with the concept of 'building the plane while flying it.'

• Advocates for security as an integral, seamless aspect of the employee experience.
