This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Meet the designated revenue objectives in eastern Germany.
• Acquire new clients while maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
• Execute communications effectively, including visit reports, route planning, and customer data management.
• Perform market analysis and prepare sales strategies/forecasts based on data coordinated with the Sales Manager.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in the field of sales, particularly in industrial/commercial heating systems, burners, boiler rooms, combustion systems, or thermal HVAC applications.
• A proven history of achieving revenue and margin goals in a technical sales setting.
• Experience in selling aftermarket products (service contracts, spare parts, upgrades) is essential.
• Sales skills: demonstrated ability in territory development and planning, consultative selling and solution positioning, negotiating and closing complex transactions, managing multiple stakeholders (end user, consultant, installer, service team), and maintaining strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
• A technical education is preferred (e.g., Mechanical/Electrical/Energy Engineering, technician diploma) or equivalent professional experience.
• Training or certifications in combustion are beneficial (where relevant).
