Senior Associate – Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with business goals.

• Manage the marketing pipeline and ensure commitments are met.

• Establish strategy and oversee the complete funnel for paid advertising efforts.

• Deconstruct complex issues into straightforward, actionable solutions.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to achieve significant results.

• Utilize data and research to prioritize projects, monitor success, and enhance strategy.

• Recognize opportunities for growth, efficiency, and scalability within the product domain.

• Use advertising insights to guide decisions and generate incremental impact.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to refine product strategy.

• Adapt to and take ownership of various problem statements related to advertising platforms and broader marketing pipeline objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2.5–4 years of overall experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.

• Demonstrated ability to tackle complex challenges, think strategically, and execute with precision.

• Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.

• Comfortable working with data.

• Experience in leading or influencing cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with ads, ad content strategy, and digital marketing is a plus.
