
Senior Associate – International Tax

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.
• Support international tax consulting and planning projects that involve multinational corporations and cross-border transactions.
• Perform technical research on U.S. international tax issues, such as foreign tax credits, GILTI, Subpart F, and treaty-related matters.
• Prepare and review international tax compliance submissions, including Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, and other associated disclosures.
• Evaluate financial and tax information to uncover planning opportunities and potential tax hazards.
• Create client deliverables, technical memoranda, and supporting documentation.
• Work collaboratively with engagement teams across the firm to tackle intricate international tax challenges.
• Keep abreast of legislative and regulatory changes affecting international taxation.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Engage in professional development, training, and initiatives for knowledge-sharing.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting or a related area.
• CPA candidates are preferred.
• Capability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize assignments as needed.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, at all organizational levels, internally and externally.
• Proficient in the use of relevant technology.
