Senior Associate, Insurance Strategy – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead operational, analytical, and cross-functional efforts required for the launch and expansion of insurance initiatives.

• Assist in go-to-market execution by managing experiments, reporting, and ensuring vendor and procurement follow-through.

• Report directly to the Insurance Strategy & Operations lead.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure vendor readiness and the successful execution of operational launches.

• Contribute to the development of processes, reporting, and rhythms of operation necessary to support growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Product Operations, consulting, program management, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency in SQL.

• Proven experience in independently managing complex, cross-functional projects.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
