Senior Associate – Instructional Designer, L&D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create instructional design documents and storyboards for online learning experiences.

• Transform source materials into engaging formats suitable for learners.

• Partner with subject matter experts to design and produce eLearning modules, job aids, and training resources.

• Collaborate with graphic designers and developers to create effective courses.

• Conduct initial needs assessments and research for learning content.

• Review and revise courses based on feedback from stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with instructional design standards and learning objectives.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and high-volume development setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A certification or degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related discipline.

• 2-3 years of experience in the field of Instructional Design.

• Proven experience in creating digital learning content.
