This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Director of Revenue & Innovation in discovering, prioritizing, and quantifying new opportunities aimed at reducing total cost of care (TCOC).

• Evaluate data related to population health and the performance of clinical programs.

• Foster revenue growth by developing and sustaining models that assess savings opportunities across attributed patient populations and contracts, and collaborate with Finance to align revenue forecasts with service lines and clinical programs.

• Oversee the comprehensive execution of pilot programs for new clinical initiatives, which includes assessing ROI and strategic alignment, designing pilots, facilitating cross-functional cooperation, monitoring performance, synthesizing outcomes, and advising on scaling or halting initiatives.

• Develop and maintain a program-level SKU tracker that encompasses ROI, savings projections, engagement metrics, and outreach to support investment decisions and reporting.

• Convert clinical and operational data into coherent business cases and executive-ready presentations that highlight program-level impacts and opportunities.

• Keep a record of active pilots and innovation initiatives.

• Integrate feedback from care teams, patients, caregivers, and payer partners to enhance program design and improve financial and clinical results.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in a strategic analytical position, ideally within consulting, investment banking, finance, a rapidly growing start-up, or operations in a value-based care organization.

• A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a healthcare-related field is mandatory.

• Strong skills in financial modeling and quantitative analysis; able to construct and maintain complex models in Excel and articulate outputs into clear narratives.

• Experience in healthcare and familiarity with value-based care and population health management is strongly preferred.

• Proven capability to manage projects from inception through to execution and reporting.

• Established ability to work collaboratively across clinical, technical, and operational teams to foster alignment and achieve results.

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, including the ability to define and monitor KPIs to assess impact.

• An exceptional critical thinker, communicator, and problem solver with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization or BI tools is advantageous.

• Comfortable working within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and adept at navigating ambiguity with a solutions-oriented approach.
