Senior Associate I, Surgical Field Sales – IOLs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Promote and market surgical products and instrumentation.

• Develop commercial proposals for equipment and follow up until closure.

• Provide commercial advice and product training for accounts assigned to your territory.

• Offer clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals to ensure optimal results of our products in patients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with our assigned clients in your territory aligned with Alcon's values.

• Gather and update market data.

• Plan and report activities in SalesForce according to Alcon's promotional strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Base city – Cali.

• Availability for field travel (3-4 days per month).

• Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external clients.

• Analytical ability to interpret business-related information.

• Strategically plan and organize time and territory management.

• Proficiency in tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SalesForce, etc.).
