This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Oversee the comprehensive administration of employee benefits programs (e.g. medical, life, retirement, wellness, leave-related benefits) in compliance with local policies and regulations.
• Manage employee benefits events, including enrollments, modifications, and terminations within HR systems (e.g. Workday or similar).
• Ensure accurate and complete benefits records are maintained across HR systems and necessary local documentation.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for benefits processes, guaranteeing consistency and adherence to policies across various cases.
• Address inquiries from employees and managers regarding benefits, offering clear guidance on eligibility, coverage, and procedures.
• Assist HR Business Partners and HR Services teams with benefits-related escalations and complex cases.
• Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate benefits deductions and compliance with statutory obligations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with HR Services SLAs and experience standards.
• Coordinate with external benefits providers and brokers to resolve operational challenges and facilitate program modifications.
• Aid in benefits audits and compliance assessments by providing precise data and documentation.
• Ensure that benefits administration adheres to local labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
• Proactively identify and escalate risks or compliance issues and assist in remediation efforts.
• Discover opportunities for standardizing, simplifying, and automating processes within benefits delivery.
• Engage in HR transformation initiatives such as benefits system implementations, country transitions, or process redesign.
• Assist in documenting SOPs, process maps, and service catalogs for benefits services.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within HR Services.
• Manage both physical and digital documentation related to benefits when necessary.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance while handling employee information.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests and operational metrics related to benefits delivery.
• Provide support for assigned country or multi-country portfolios depending on the organizational structure.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or a shared services environment.
• Practical understanding of employee benefits programs and HR compliance obligations.
• 1-3 years of experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday) and service management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation, tracking, and reporting.
• Fluent in Czech (mandatory).
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
