This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Acquire expertise in our dynamic software and the real estate private equity sector.
• Enhance the utilization of Juniper Square software to assist our fund administration and investor services clientele.
• Execute workspace management responsibilities on behalf of our clients, which includes creating investor positions and verifying workspaces for accuracy and thoroughness.
• Aid customers throughout their fundraising endeavors by comprehending their objectives and timelines, while effectively communicating the advantages of Juniper Square software and processes.
• Track customer satisfaction and relay insights to internal teams.
• Demonstrate exceptional ability to convey operational best practices to clients, while bringing any deviations from the scope of work to management's attention.
• Oversee treasury-related tasks such as documenting LP contributions and managing client payments.
• Investigate issues related to payment breaks and chargebacks; collaborate with banking partners to address exceptions and special requests.
• Recognize and highlight areas for improvement, including operational controls, to team leaders and/or managers.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in fund administration or investor services roles.
• A strong commitment to integrity and a desire to consistently act in the best interest of our customers and the business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of quality results for our clients.
• Self-motivated: you can identify challenges and take initiative in finding and implementing solutions.
