Senior Associate, Fraud Transformation – Platform Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee all projects related to fraud

• Implement Fraud Book of Work (BoW) and execute Agile project methodologies

• Conduct analysis of fraud systems and controls

• Lead activities for fraud risk due diligence and assessment

• Carry out comparative evaluations of existing fraud platforms

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

• Over 9 years of experience in Risk Management/Controls within financial services technology

• In-depth understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and tools

• Familiarity with workflows/processes and associated risks/controls

• Expertise in Digital and/or Retail Banking Fraud Business and Operations

• Agile certifications and practical experience with the Agile framework

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
