Senior Associate, Deal Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute buy-side and sell-side accounting as well as financial due diligence projects.

• Cultivate relationships with clients and engage effectively with executives from target companies.

• Conduct quality of earnings and working capital assessments.

• Recognize and assess issues that may influence enterprise value and the purchase or sale price.

• Analyze financial and operational trends of target organizations.

• Convey due diligence results clearly, both verbally and in writing.

• Assist M&A initiatives for private equity clients and strategic corporations across the United States and internationally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (preferred), Finance, or a related business field.

• Minimum of 2 years in a professional services environment.

• Preferably some experience in Financial Due Diligence.

• Background in audit, financial reporting, or accounting advisory functions.

• Strong understanding of GAAP, data analysis/mining, and critical thinking abilities.

• Experience with Big 4, National, or large Regional CPA firms is preferred.

• Advanced Degree or relevant professional certification such as CPA or CFA is preferred.

• Experience collaborating with Private Equity groups is preferred.

• Willingness to travel as necessary, expected to be less than 15%.
