📋 Description

• Creates engaging and persuasive copy that reflects the brand's voice, product positioning, and marketing objectives.

• Works in close collaboration with the content and creative strategy teams.

• Develops meaningful, audience-focused content that aligns with brand voice, product positioning, and marketing priorities.

• Modifies messaging for various channels and audiences, ensuring consistency while enhancing format and engagement.

• Converts complex concepts into clear, understandable language, especially in financial and insurance contexts.

• Participates in campaign development by creating message variations that support audience segmentation and performance targets.

• Produces a diverse array of content, including product materials, sales enablement tools, digital and social media content, presentations, and marketing communications.

• Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, content strategy, marketing) to ensure cohesive and aligned messaging.

• Upholds high standards of quality and accuracy, ensuring all content complies with brand guidelines and established processes.

• Effectively manages multiple projects and timelines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Continuously enhances knowledge of the organization's brand, products, and services.

• Fosters an inclusive, collaborative, and creative team atmosphere.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in copywriting across various formats and channels.

• Ability to distill complex or technical information for a diverse audience.

• Proficient in synthesizing input from various sources into cohesive, effective messaging.

• Capable of adjusting tone, style, and approach based on the audience and communication channel.

• Receptive to feedback and dedicated to continuous improvement through iteration.

• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Workfront, Mural, Figma, or similar).

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with financial services, insurance, or investment products, along with an understanding of marketing and sales processes.
