This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create engaging and effective copy for various digital platforms, including paid media, landing pages, emails, SMS, product descriptions, blogs, and more.
• Produce persuasive content and storytelling for direct-response and brand performance marketing that emphasizes product advantages and encourages conversions.
• Formulate clear, concise, and compelling scripts for Video Sales Letters (VSLs) and other video materials.
• Tailor tone, voice, and messaging to suit different audiences, campaigns, and distribution channels.
• Enhance copy for SEO, user engagement, and conversion while ensuring adherence to FTC & FDA regulations and upholding brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing and content leaders to keep a well-organized content calendar and ensure all outputs are precise, timely, and in line with marketing objectives.
• Work alongside Product Development and CX teams to convert complex information into accessible and consumer-friendly messaging.
• Coordinate with Paid Media, Social, Content, Designers, and Email/SMS teams to ensure copy aligns with campaign goals and creative direction across channels, bringing creative ideas to fruition.
• Act as a primary proofreader for marketing and product materials, including labels, ensuring compliance, quality, accuracy, clarity, tone, and consistency across all brand channels.
• Leverage data-driven insights and A/B testing to refine and improve ad copy, headlines, and messaging approaches.
• Track key content performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and engagement, to boost copy effectiveness.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging content strategies, and best practices in direct-to-consumer marketing.
• Conduct ongoing consumer and competitive research to guide content creation and maintain relevant messaging.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in crafting direct-response, performance-based, or e-commerce marketing copy.
• A proven portfolio that demonstrates high-performing digital content (ads, landing pages, emails, or product descriptions).
• Maintain knowledge of product claims, disclaimers, and guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate brand representation.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing techniques.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in writing for the health and wellness sector.
