This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Generate daily hooks, angles, concepts, and campaign strategies.
• Craft compelling ad copy and video scripts that convert effectively.
• Create clear, performance-driven creative briefs.
• Evaluate creative performance and refine successful concepts.
• Conduct research on competitors, trends, offers, and creative possibilities.
• Work collaboratively with media buyers, creators, and editors to amplify successful campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience in writing copy that boosts sales for DTC brands or applications.
• Strong background in direct-response marketing.
• Comprehensive understanding of consumer psychology and conversion tactics.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, UGC creative, hooks, retention strategies, offers, and positioning.
• Capability to analyze performance data and transform insights into innovative creative work.
• Proficient use of AI tools for research, ideation, and scripting tasks.
• Ability to act swiftly, conduct frequent tests, and excel in a high-performance setting.
• Outstanding time management and organizational abilities.
