This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop and share unique content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms we utilize, ensuring a regular schedule and a distinctive visual and verbal identity that unmistakably represents Virtue Health.
β’ Craft copy for email marketing initiatives, from attention-grabbing subject lines to complete sequences, including nurturing emails, communications for advisers, campaign launches, and re-engagement flows.
β’ Create campaign copy and visual assets for comprehensive marketing efforts: landing pages, promotional announcements, event materials, sales enablement content, and any other requirements from the business.
β’ Work autonomously to generate content ideas and angles from raw information: we will provide a topic, product update, or industry trend, and you will determine how to present it compellingly and relevantly to our audience without needing detailed guidance.
β’ Design or oversee the visual assets that accompany your content, including graphics, carousels, cover images, and short-form video edits, utilizing tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar software.
β’ Establish and uphold Virtue Healthβs content identity across various formats: tone of voice, visual style, and platform-specific guidelines, ensuring that every published piece feels purposeful and cohesive.
β’ Intelligently repurpose content across different formats: transform a podcast takeaway into a LinkedIn carousel, convert a campaign into a newsletter, and turn a client success story into a compelling narrative.
β’ Monitor performance across channels and campaigns, using actual data to determine what to retain, eliminate, and test moving forward.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in content creation and copywriting, with a portfolio showcasing strong writing skills and a keen aesthetic sense across social and email formats.
β’ Demonstrated copywriting abilities across various formats: social media posts, email subject lines and body content, campaign copy, and short-form marketing materials. Your writing is concise, impactful, and tailored for the specific platform.
β’ The capability to independently produce compelling content from a topic or set of information without requiring a fully developed brief. You are a self-starter who proactively finds solutions, rather than waiting for explicit instructions.
β’ Strong visual instincts and proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar applications, ensuring that your creations appear polished and intentional.
β’ Experience in writing for a B2B audience: you recognize that tone, depth, and format differ significantly when addressing a benefits broker compared to a consumer.
β’ Comfortable with basic video editing for short-form content, including reels, clips, talking-head segments, and on-screen captions.
β’ Highly self-managed with a strong sense of accountability for deadlines: you manage your own publishing calendar and do not require reminders.
β’ Performance bonus: up to 10% of base salary linked to channel growth, email performance, and contributions to campaigns (MBO).
