Senior Associate, Controllership

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Oversee month-end closing procedures for designated LATAM entities

• Implement thorough balance sheet reconciliation processes

• Supervise multi-currency accounting functions

• Generate detailed P&L and Balance Sheet variance analyses

• Facilitate and assist with internal and external audit processes

• Promote initiatives for process enhancements

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in accounting

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

• In-depth understanding of US GAAP

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in multi-currency accounting

• Demonstrated analytical abilities
