Senior Associate, Client Solutions – Network Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of patient engagement campaigns from initiation through to launch and evaluation, overseeing daily coordination, campaign configuration, quality assurance, and reporting with expertise.

• Cultivate robust relationships with clients and internal stakeholders by acting as the primary contact for managed campaigns, thoughtfully addressing client inquiries, collaborating across departments, and aiding in the onboarding and growth of Associates and new team members.

• Enhance team and campaign effectiveness by recognizing opportunities for process enhancements, offering optimization suggestions, and delivering insightful viewpoints on campaign strategies and execution methods.

• Contribute to the development of junior team members and newcomers by reinforcing essential campaign processes and Client Solutions best practices, while promoting a collaborative and supportive team environment that embodies Phreesia’s Mission and Values.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of account experience in a creative agency setting, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.

• Proven capability to manage client relationships and independently oversee campaign execution.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications and knowledgeable in implementing AI to enhance work efficiency.

• Willingness and ability to travel for occasional in-person team meetings (approximately 10% annually).
