This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement comprehensive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies across essential digital channels, including web, chat, paid media, and email, to consistently enhance funnel conversion rates.
• Perform regular, thorough analyses of digital channels, website engagement, and user behavior metrics to pinpoint friction points and areas for optimization.
• Formulate and execute an A/B testing strategy to enhance all channels, such as web, content, and paid media.
• Collaborate with Brand, Market Intelligence, and Customer Advocacy teams to collect qualitative and quantitative insights about web user pain points, user behavior trends, and conversion barriers.
• Work alongside the web team to implement audience personalization strategies, customizing digital experiences for specific B2B target segments.
• Partner with external SEO consultants to boost organic traffic, enhance search engine rankings, and outline a roadmap for future SEO optimization.
• Develop the strategy for continuous LLM optimization and collaborate with stakeholders to implement that strategy, ensuring brand accuracy and high discovery rates in AI search tools.
• Enhance website chat routing protocols and AI conversational agents to expedite lead capture and elevate baseline digital engagement.
• Over 3 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, focusing specifically on digital demand generation, conversion rate optimization, search engine optimization, or AI search optimization.
• Strong foundational knowledge of core CRO, SEO, and AI optimization methodologies, principles, and industry best practices.
• Proficient in marketing reporting and web tracking tools, particularly using GA4, Tableau, or similar data visualization systems.
• Hands-on experience executing campaigns within platforms like VWO, Marketo, WordPress, or comparable digital marketing infrastructures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills, with proven experience managing workflows through platforms such as Asana.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent practical professional experience.
