This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the comprehensive planning, execution, and enhancement of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, CTV, and other DSPs.
• Take complete responsibility for intricate, multi-channel projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop project timelines, workflows, and execution strategies while proactively identifying potential risks and driving resolutions.
• Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, pacing, and performance optimization to enhance ROI.
• Ensure consistency, quality control, and compliance with best practices across all campaign outputs.
• Aid in the creation and implementation of internal communication strategies to effectively engage and inform employees.
• Propel external digital communication efforts that boost brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
• Act as a primary contact for communication strategies across cross-functional initiatives and campaigns.
• Champion organizational priorities, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and initiatives.
• Provide continuous mentorship and guidance to selected team members, fostering both technical skill development and customer-facing soft skills.
• Lead by example in establishing best practices, refining workflows, and enhancing overall team performance.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members, contributing to the development of team capabilities and consistency.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to derive insights that inform optimization strategies.
• Deliver clear and actionable reports to leadership and stakeholders, translating data into strategic business recommendations.
• Promote continuous improvement through testing frameworks, measurement strategies, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Sales, Product, Analytics, and Ad Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
• Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to advance projects and resolve dependencies.
• Represent digital marketing in internal and external discussions, offering insights on performance, strategy, and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities to enhance tools, processes, and campaign strategies for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives and propose new digital tactics, platforms, and capabilities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and translate them into actionable improvements for the team and the organization.
• BS/BA degree with 6 years of experience, a Master’s degree with 4 years of experience preferred, or a Ph.D. with 1 year of experience, or 8 years of experience without a degree in digital marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and supporting complex digital marketing campaigns or projects across various channels.
• Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to juggle multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Advanced knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, CTV, programmatic, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor or guide team members and contribute to team development.
• Robust understanding of campaign lifecycle management, ad operations, and performance metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% based on business or client needs.
