This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the MarTech roadmap and architecture, encompassing Marketo, 6Sense, Qualified, Webflow, and the ad platform stack, while defining system integrations and data flow from start to finish.
• Build and lead a Marketing Operations team responsible for administering and governing the MarTech stack, while also co-managing Webflow alongside the Web/Brand team.
• Oversee the integrated strategy for both paid and owned digital channels, establishing channel mix, investment priorities, and performance objectives.
• Manage CompanyCam's marketing data strategy, which includes the data model and ensuring data integrity across Marketing's systems.
• Lead the marketing website development team, taking charge of the engineering roadmap, sprint processes, and the release/QA process for the marketing site.
• Direct and mentor the Director of Growth Operations, Senior Marketing Optimization Manager, Marketing Operations team, and website development team.
• Act as the representative for Digital, Marketing Technology, and Data on the Marketing Senior Leadership Team.
• 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, or marketing operations leadership, including at least 5 years of direct ownership of a MarTech stack and leadership of technical or operations teams in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environments.
• Proven, hands-on experience with core MarTech platforms such as Marketo, 6Sense, Qualified, and Webflow, including administration, architecture, and integration decision-making.
• Experience in leading a website development function, encompassing engineering processes and technical site architecture, beyond just content or design supervision.
• Strong understanding of marketing data architecture, including data models, integrations, APIs, and ETL/automation tools like Workato, Tray.io, Hightouch, or Zapier.
• Demonstrated proficiency in developing integrated digital channel strategies that span both paid and owned channels.
• Proven capability to collaborate with analytics and data engineering teams on measurement frameworks and attribution models.
• Experience in managing agency and vendor relationships for paid media and web development projects.
• Experience in assessing and optimizing team operating models, including determining the balance between in-house and outsourced resources.
