This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee search engine marketing, Facebook/Instagram, email marketing, and various marketing initiatives for home builders and developers throughout North America.
• Manage budgets, ad targeting, and creative assets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and show empathy towards builder partners.
• Direct the development of campaigns aligned with client objectives.
• Ensure the accuracy of price points, community status, and any listed features.
• Monitor, report, and analyze website analytics for all social campaigns.
• Handle campaign expenses, maintain budget adherence, and estimate monthly costs.
• Enhance copy and visuals for social campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Conduct tests, gather and analyze data, and identify trends and insights for paid search campaigns.
• Refine copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing efforts.
• Engage in ongoing keyword discovery and expansion.
• Experience in home building is essential.
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated digital marketing experience with a proven track record of driving converting traffic.
• At least 2 years of prior experience in both paid search and social advertising.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics; experience with Google Data Studio is a plus.
• Strong analytical, technical, and written communication abilities.
• A willingness to learn from our established team while also having the capability to self-educate using available resources.
• An organized and motivated approach to your professional journey.
• A general enthusiasm for House Hunters International on HGTV is optional but highly encouraged!
