This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Create and implement strategies for Search Engine Optimization, App Store Optimization, and AI Search Optimization to enhance organic rankings, traffic for websites/apps/AI, lead generation, and facilitate overall New-to-bank acquisition within Retail Marketing segments.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing leads, Segment leads, and designated SEO agencies to ensure timely execution and fulfillment of KPIs.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink strategy development, and technical SEO audits.
• Oversee website health, indexing, page speed, crawlability, and on-page optimization.
• Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and others.
• Work in tandem with the Website/Technology team to guarantee that all SEO recommendations, technical solutions, content updates, and optimization efforts are executed within agreed timelines.
• Keep track of development requests and prioritize essential SEO enhancements to optimize performance.
• Collaborate effectively with the agency to generate accurate and insightful performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, covering rankings, traffic, conversions, key achievements, and future action plans.
• Provide monthly performance reports that include insights and optimization suggestions.
• Utilize AI tools for content creation, discovering keyword opportunities, automation, competitor analysis, reporting, and campaign optimization.
• Constantly explore new technologies and digital trends to boost efficiency and performance.
• Assist in tactical campaigns for Existing-to-Bank customers across various digital channels.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in SEO/Digital Marketing.
• In-depth understanding of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and content optimization.
• Experience collaborating with digital agencies and managing external partnerships.
• A strong analytical mindset with a background in data-driven decision-making.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools for marketing, automation, and performance improvement.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal English), and presentation abilities.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Extensive expertise in marketing banking products with a proven track record.
• Comprehensive understanding of business dynamics, profitability, and growth factors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed, commitment, and results orientation.
• Creative thinker with strong ideation capabilities, effective communication skills, and a relentless focus on execution with attention to detail.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in a global financial or technology firm or direct collaboration with an international organization in a similar field is advantageous (Experience in the UAE market is a plus).
• Remote Working role based in Pakistan.
