This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee matters concerning agribusiness, judicial reorganization, and bankruptcy.
• Present oral arguments, conduct hearings, and manage procedural conferences in front of the Judiciary.
• Engage in meetings with creditors.
• Prepare highly intricate pleadings and court documents.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and relevant legal standards.
• Participate in strategic discussions with senior management or clients for risk assessment and decision-making.
• Act as an associate attorney with both technical expertise and professional independence.
• Collaborate on the firm's case portfolio and legal strategies.
• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent).
• Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in legal practice, specifically in debt recovery.
• Proficient in legal practice management tools, legal software, and technology used in the legal field.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset.
• Reside in the interior of São Paulo state.
• Compensation structure includes fee sharing and variable payments based on productivity, success, and results.
