Senior Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee workstreams within client projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and significant impact.

• Assist in the formulation of project strategies that align with the objectives of clients.

• Perform structured, data-driven analyses to identify client challenges and generate actionable insights.

• Establish strong working relationships with client stakeholders at both working and managerial levels.

• Produce clear and persuasive deliverables and assist in client presentations that simplify complex analyses into actionable insights.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and client counterparts.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance client engagement through exceptional delivery and insight generation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in life sciences consulting or relevant positions in biopharma, medtech, or diagnostics.

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• Experience in supporting complex projects and contributing to client relationship management, preferably within the life sciences sector (Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, etc.).

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools and large language models (LLMs), including crafting effective prompts and integrating these tools into daily problem-solving and project execution.

• Strong analytical abilities, with a structured approach to problem-solving and comfort in working with data to derive insights.

• Excellent and professional communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts in a manner that engages both internal teams and client stakeholders.
