Senior Assistant Vice President, Health & Life Science Program Development – Strategy

📋 Description

• Establish the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a scalable platform aimed at enhancing claims processing efficiency.

• Recruit, develop, and lead a cross-functional team that includes technology, operations, and process excellence professionals.

• Oversee the complete program development lifecycle from initial concept to operational excellence, ensuring alignment with our strategic objective to improve the provider claim processing experience.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including sales, technology, product, and business teams, to guarantee a unified platform design and implementation.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring they align with business goals and vision.

• Encourage innovation and promote continuous improvement in both technology and processes.

• Assist IMU leaders in creating account-specific workshops, demonstrations, and strategic proposals.

• Help develop ROI and value metrics to bolster sales efforts.

• Offer guidance on necessary people, processes, and technology to facilitate program growth and achieve operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in healthcare technology, claims operations, or a related sector, with more than 5 years in leadership positions.

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling technology-enabled programs, particularly within the healthcare or claims sectors.

• Proficient in business product strategy, program management, and team leadership.

• Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare claims lifecycle, clearinghouse operations, and multi-vendor resolution strategies within a matrixed environment.

• Outstanding strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Capacity to manage ambiguity and provide clarity in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively navigate matrixed organizations.
