This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide top-notch Neurodevelopmental Assessments for Children with Autism and ADHD.
• Adhere to our Safeguarding Policy, which includes performing a risk assessment when necessary.
• Stay current with mandatory training, Continuing Professional Development, and the professional registration obligations relevant to your field.
• Contribute ideas to enhance Paloma’s software tools, ensuring assessments are of high quality, safe, and efficient.
• You should hold a background as either an NMC-registered Nurse, HCPC Registered Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Arts Therapist, or Practitioner Psychologist (including Clinical Psychologists, Educational Psychologists, and Counselling Psychologists), or a Social Work England Registered Social Worker.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in conducting assessments for Children with Autism and ADHD is required.
• You must possess a comprehensive understanding of typical development across various life stages, co-occurring conditions, and differential diagnoses.
• A solid grasp of normal attention levels, impulsivity, and hyperactivity in typically developing children and adolescents is essential.
• Demonstrated skills in time management, including effective caseload management and communication with parents and children, are necessary.
• You must pass an enhanced DBS check with a barred list check since the role involves working with children.
• Total yearly compensation ranges from £63,000 to £65,000, consisting of base and variable components for HCPC-registered Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and Arts Therapists.
• Total yearly compensation ranges from £68,000 to £70,000, consisting of base and variable components for HCPC-registered Practitioner Psychologists.
• Regular annual salary reviews to maintain competitiveness.
