This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality Neurodevelopmental Assessments for children with ADHD.

• Adhere to our Safeguarding Policy, which includes performing risk assessments when necessary.

• Stay current with mandatory training, Continuing Professional Development, and the professional registration requirements relevant to your field.

• Contribute ideas to enhance Paloma’s software tools that facilitate high-quality, safe, and efficient assessments.


⛳️ Requirements

• You should have one of the following backgrounds:

• NMC-registered Nurse

• HCPC Registered Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Arts Therapist, or Practitioner Psychologist (including Clinical Psychologists, Educational Psychologists, and Counselling Psychologists)

• Social Work England Registered Social Worker

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in conducting Children’s ADHD assessments, which includes:

• A solid understanding of typical development at various life stages, as well as co-occurring conditions and differential diagnoses.

• A good grasp of normal levels of attention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity among typically developing children and young people, taking into account the cultural context of the individual being assessed.

• The capability to present findings in a client-centered manner, highlighting both strengths and needs.

• Proven time management skills, including effective caseload management, along with strong communication abilities with parents and children.

• Successful completion of an enhanced DBS check with a barred list review, as the role involves working with children.

• Desirable qualifications include:

• Experience in conducting risk assessments as part of Neurodevelopmental evaluations.

• Safeguarding training at Level 3 or higher.

• Experience with Children’s Autism Assessments and Dual Assessments.
