Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer – Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance the foundational architecture of the AI agent platform, ensuring standardization, governance, and high levels of reusability.

• Create and integrate comprehensive tracking, metrics, evaluation, logging, observability, and auditing systems throughout the lifecycle of the agents.

• Assess AI agent projects by analyzing needs, behavioral patterns, interactions, and orchestration requirements.

• Play a key role in internalizing essential components, guaranteeing control, security, and consistency across the ecosystem.

• Collaborate with other AI initiatives to ensure technical alignment and facilitate knowledge sharing.

• Create foundational MVPs, including standardized documentation, agent templates, monitoring tools, and observability protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in prompt engineering techniques (few-shot, self-ask, chain-of-thought, tree of thoughts).

• Understanding of A/B testing for prompts and evaluation of model responses.

• Knowledge of distributed systems architecture, enabling the design and implementation of scalable, highly available solutions.

• Experience with application or machine learning platforms or pipelines.

• Practical experience with AI agents, orchestrators, or frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Spring AI, or similar technologies.

• Demonstrated experience in software development within highly complex environments.

• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, OCI).

• Understanding of embedding, vectorization, and RAG techniques.

• Knowledge of prompt security techniques and methods for mitigating prompt injection.
