Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer – Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance the foundational architecture of the AI agent platform, ensuring standardization, governance, and a high level of reusability.

• Develop and implement strong tracking, metrics, evaluation, logging, observability, and auditing systems.

• Evaluate AI agent projects by comprehending their requirements, behavioral patterns, interactions, and orchestration needs.

• Play a key role in transitioning essential components in-house, maintaining control, security, and consistency across the ecosystem.

• Work collaboratively with other AI projects to ensure technical coherence and facilitate knowledge sharing.

• Create foundational MVPs, including standardized documentation, agent templates, monitoring tools, and observability protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in prompt engineering methodologies (few-shot, self-ask, chain-of-thought, tree of thoughts).

• Familiarity with prompt A/B testing and model response assessment.

• Understanding of distributed systems architecture, with the capability to design and develop scalable, highly available solutions.

• Experience with application or machine learning platforms or pipelines.

• Practical experience with AI agents, orchestrators, or frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Spring AI, or similar technologies.

• Demonstrated software development expertise in complex environments.

• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, OCI).

• Knowledge of embedding, vectorization, and RAG techniques.

• Awareness of prompt security strategies and prompt injection prevention.
