• Oversee the innovative development of performance marketing initiatives

• Produce captivating static and video advertisements for online platforms

• Craft creative hooks, campaign ideas, storyboards, scripts, and visual concepts

• Provide exceptional art direction across multiple formats

• Collaborate effectively with copywriters, marketers, and content creators

• Analyze campaign performance and transform insights into fresh creative ideas

• Record creative insights and help establish best practices

• Significant experience in the advertising field

• Robust portfolio demonstrating social-first campaigns

• Proven success with high-performing paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest

• Profound knowledge of social-first advertising, audience behavior, and platform-specific creativity

• Exceptional visual design capabilities

• Proficient in producing work across digital, brand, and performance marketing arenas

• Familiarity with AI tools for creative development

• Native-level proficiency in Portuguese and strong communication skills in English
