• Take charge of the creative vision and ensure execution quality across various projects, from initial concept to final delivery.
• Analyze client briefs and convert business and brand objectives into precise creative direction.
• Create and convey concepts through pitch decks, style proposals, mood boards, storyboards, sketches, and visual references.
• Guide CGI teams on composition, lighting, materials, camera angles, and the overall aesthetic.
• Maintain visual consistency, realism, and brand alignment across still images, animations, and interactive outputs.
• Conduct continual creative quality assurance, reviewing renders and animations, offering constructive feedback, and assisting teams in troubleshooting scenes to achieve the desired quality.
• Work closely with Project Managers/Producers to ensure that creative aspirations align with project scope, timelines, and production realities.
• Serve as a senior creative partner during client discussions—confidently presenting, defending, and refining concepts.
• Stay informed about current trends in design, fashion visualization, CGI, and real-time/AI-driven production.
• Contribute to scalable work methods by developing visual standards, best practices, and creative guidelines.
• Lead and motivate international teams of skilled CGI artists, promoting quality, ownership, and teamwork.
• Over 5 years of experience in a senior art direction or lead creative role, preferably within CGI, fashion, or agency settings.
• Strong foundation in CGI art direction, with practical knowledge of 3D pipelines, virtual production, and digital lighting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead creative teams while upholding high-quality standards under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail, composition, and realism—backed by a robust portfolio or reel.
• Experience collaborating directly with brands and stakeholders, confidently presenting and justifying creative choices.
• Capable of balancing creative aspirations with production limitations, timelines, and delivery pressures.
• Hands-on approach: willing to engage in production as needed and independently manage smaller projects from start to finish.
• Enthusiasm for product and product storytelling—experience in fashion is a significant advantage.
• Strong communication abilities and fluency in English.
