• Take ownership and enhance BJAK’s brand identity across all platforms — encompassing tone, messaging, typography, and visual systems
• Convert business and marketing goals into engaging creative concepts
• Create campaigns that promote brand impact while driving business growth
• Maintain brand consistency across digital, social, product, print, and other channels
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary creative team (designers, writers, and content creators)
• Establish high standards for creativity, execution, and delivery within tight deadlines
• Review and enhance creative output to ensure it aligns with brand strategy and quality benchmarks
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability
• Design and oversee creative workflows that balance speed, quality, and scalability
• Collaborate with growth, product, and leadership teams in Malaysia and the region to implement key campaigns
• Utilize performance insights and feedback to continually refine creative output
• Stay informed about industry and creative trends to keep BJAK innovative and relevant
• 4–6 years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership positions (preferably in agency environments or fast-growing companies)
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates storytelling, campaigns, and multi-channel creative work
• Comprehensive understanding of branding, design principles, and digital content strategy
• Experience in leading and developing creative teams
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and contemporary production workflows
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and project execution
• Bonus: Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or rapidly growing consumer brands
