• Spearhead social-centric art direction and editing for U.S. skincare and beauty brands by crafting culturally relevant, conversation-initiating concepts and producing impactful visuals and short-form videos.
• Develop visually compelling content calendars and utilize AI as a visual resource to enhance efficiency, quality, and creative production.
• Create and cultivate bold creative concepts that ignite discussions and foster engagement on social platforms.
• Construct visually engaging content calendars (including pillars, series, formats, and cadence).
• Design and generate innovative, trend-driven visuals and short-form videos tailored for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Manage social-native video editing (including hooks, pacing, captions, vertical formatting, and versioning).
• Integrate AI tools into the creative process for ideation, adaptation, and visual enhancement.
• Remain closely attuned to the influences shaping U.S. culture and translate these insights into platform-specific content.
• Senior-level expertise in art direction with a social-first portfolio (including examples from TikTok, Reels, and Shorts).
• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish).
• Proficient in social-native video editing skills (short-form, vertical formats, captions, pacing).
• Capability to produce trendy visual design and motion/video assets for social media.
• Strategic application of AI as a visual tool (for generation, editing, adaptation, and versioning).
• In-depth understanding of platform culture and trends, particularly within the U.S. market.
• (Preferred) Experience working with skincare and beauty clients.
• High level of autonomy and speed to excel in a fully remote setting.
• Holidays in accordance with legal requirements plus additional days off on December 24 and 31.
