• Visual Narrative - Crafting unique visual worlds that stand out. Mastery of typography, information hierarchy, and impactful composition.

• C-Level Presentations - Development of commercial and institutional decks that "sell themselves," featuring impeccable finishing for discerning audiences.

• Strategic Social Design - Narrative carousels focused on retention (storytelling) and performance creatives.

• Web Design & Technical Performance

• Website and Landing Page Development - Creation of modern interfaces emphasizing UX/UI and conversion.

• Technical SEO - Effective implementation of meta tags, headings, image optimization, and speed enhancements.

• Infrastructure Management - Proficiency in DNS settings, redirections, email configuration, and indexing.

• Strategic Video Editing

• Editing Reels and VSLs aimed at retention, conversion, and immersive design.

• Color grading and dynamic subtitling that enhance the authority of the speaker.

• AI and Operational Efficiency

• Practical knowledge in utilizing AIs (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, Nano Banana, Firefly, Runway, Freepik, Framer, CapCut AI, Lovable, automation tools, etc.) to expedite operational deliverables and elevate creative quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Advertising, Marketing, Multimedia, or related fields.

• Experience: A solid portfolio demonstrating experience in creating visual identities, web design/WordPress, and video editing for social media (shorts and VSL).

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Premiere, CapCut, and Canva Pro.

• Hands-on experience with WordPress (building, themes, plugins).

• Strong familiarity with the formats and trends of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Availability from 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday).

• Must have personal work equipment (computer/laptop).
