This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Formulate and implement strategies for the territory by analyzing market dynamics, competitive landscape, customer requirements, and potential growth opportunities within key markets.
• Cultivate and enhance distribution partnerships by comprehending purchasing patterns, aligning incentives, and creating focused growth plans.
• Stimulate contractor demand through effective communication of Owens Corning’s value proposition and by aligning distributor inventory with customer needs.
• Achieve volume growth while upholding pricing integrity through value-based selling and strategic account management.
• Establish and sustain a systematic operating rhythm that incorporates customer engagement, pipeline oversight, forecasting, and prioritization of opportunities.
• Discover and pursue new business prospects by assessing market voids, competitor actions, and underserved customer segments.
• Cultivate and sustain solid relationships with distributors, contractors, and other vital stakeholders across the territory.
• Leverage cross-functional resources to create customer solutions, eliminate obstacles, and expedite market penetration and share expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Technical teams to ensure strategy alignment and execution.
• Utilize customer insights, market intelligence, and sales analytics to inform business decisions and growth strategies.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to opportunity closure and ongoing account management.
• Represent Owens Corning with professionalism in the market while providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or a related commercial role.
• Proven track record of managing the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, customer relationship management, and opportunity closure.
• Experience in developing and executing strategies for territory, customer, or market growth.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and customer relationships in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the proficiency to identify customer needs and formulate effective solutions.
• Proficient with CRM systems, sales tools, and business analytics.
• Willingness and capability to travel approximately 40–45% within the designated territory.
