This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +2 more states.
• Accountable for developing new accounts and/or enhancing existing ones within a designated geographic territory or product line.
• Tasked with servicing and supporting current Emperion clients through regular in-person sales meetings on a weekly or biweekly basis.
• Engage and support new clients by reaching out to TPAs, insurance companies, self-insured employers, and attorneys within the assigned territory.
• Participate in industry conferences and events to promote business growth and increase revenue for Emperion.
• Prepare and submit an annual Branch Plan, with quarterly updates to the territory strategy.
• Deliver product and service presentations to both existing accounts and potential new clients.
• Maintain a strong emphasis on meeting quarterly goals for all products and services set at the beginning of the year.
• Contribute to the completion and submission of RFPs.
• Attend the annual Regional Meeting and prepare presentations showcasing results and future plans.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management is required.
• Experience in the healthcare, managed care, or related sectors is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities are essential.
• Must be flexible and adaptable within a dynamic market environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills are required.
• Extensive travel may be anticipated and/or required.
• Involvement in industry conferences and events.
• Support for service line marketing efforts.
• Ongoing focus on branch inventory management.
