This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Accelerate the adoption and ongoing use of Medtronic’s AI-driven GI Genius platform.
• Collaborate with enterprise health systems, MSOs, IDNs, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician practices.
• Propel technology integration, clinical adoption, and the realization of long-term value.
• Lead sales and market development initiatives at the enterprise customer level.
• Enhance the utilization of the installed base and share best practices across the commercial organization.
• Meet and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, executive negotiations, and enterprise contracts.
• Act as a commercial authority in Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).
• Stay informed about healthcare AI trends, competitive landscape, and macroeconomic factors.
• Present GI Genius through narratives that highlight clinical, operational, and economic value.
• Create and implement growth strategies at the territory level.
• Work in tandem with marketing, health economics, clinical, operations, and executive leadership.
• Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with leaders in health systems, physicians, administrators, and key opinion leaders.
• Provide tailored workflow, economic, and clinical strategies for customers.
• Exhibit expertise in GI Genius clinical evidence, disease pathways, algorithm development principles, and real-world performance metrics.
• Conduct clinical product demonstrations, physician education sessions, and on-site adoption support.
• Serve as a clinical and technical resource throughout the evaluation, implementation, and post-installation optimization phases.
• Maintain CRM usage, manage the sales pipeline, ensure forecasting accuracy, and provide visibility into opportunities.
• Complete reporting, manage expenses, and ensure training compliance.
• Travel up to 75% within the assigned multi-state territory.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years OR Associate's Degree and 6+ years OR Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in sales, clinical, or similar roles within medical devices, med tech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC or Raleigh, NC.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Preferably, 7+ years of experience in complex, quota-driven commercial roles.
• Experience in enterprise-level solution selling within healthcare technology, software (SaaS), or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) is preferred.
• A proven history of exceeding sales quotas and being recognized as a top performer is preferred.
• Experience in managing multi-stakeholder, long-cycle sales within IDNs, MSOs, hospitals, or ASC networks.
• Strong clinical and business acumen is preferred.
• Familiarity with selling in procedural or physician-driven clinical settings.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and lead cross-functional projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft O365.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills are essential.
• For degrees obtained outside of the United States, a degree that meets 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire and throughout employment for roles below Principal level.
