Senior Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Implementation

📋 Description

• Design and oversee comprehensive D365 Finance solutions tailored for mid-market and enterprise clients.

• Provide guidance to CFOs and Operations executives in defining requirements and crafting transformation roadmaps.

• Establish the solution direction and direct delivery teams to fulfill scope, ensure quality, and meet client expectations.

• Lead functional design initiatives, optimize features, maintain data integrity, and enhance user experience.

• Engage in quality assessments and guide project teams through design, prototyping, and deployment phases.

• Contribute to Crowe methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Mentor team members and facilitate the growth of the D365 offering.

• Participate in team-building activities and internal initiatives.

• Utilize non-client time for personal development and enhancement of practices.

• Foster client relationships, contribute to account strategy, and assist in high-impact delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of hands-on leadership experience in D365 Finance implementation.

• Demonstrated success in delivering complex, full-lifecycle D365 Finance projects.

• Strong functional knowledge across core finance and operational modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash/Bank, Financial Reporting, Projects, and Costing.

• Capability to architect solutions, convert requirements into actionable designs, and lead teams through execution.

• Exceptional communication skills with experience engaging C-suite and director-level stakeholders.

• Proven ability to manage priorities, deliver high-quality work products, and lead engagements with minimal supervision.

• Experience in Manufacturing or Distribution sectors.

• Strong functional expertise in Procurement, Inventory, and other operational modules.

• Familiarity with complementary ISV solutions within the D365 ecosystem.

• Prior consulting experience in a professional services setting.

• D365 certifications in Finance or related modules; CPA, CMA, or CFA certification is advantageous.
