Senior Architect – Cloud Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and mentorship in consulting to both internal and external teams, ensuring technical delivery and adherence to timelines for customer-centric results.

• Serve as a player-coach, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaborating with practice leaders and consulting managers to offer constructive feedback.

• Mentor team members on best practices for enterprise engagement.

• Act as the Technical Lead for key accounts, guaranteeing client success and surpassing expectations.

• Convert client business requirements into effective technical solutions and appropriately delegate workstream tasks.

• Encourage collaboration among cross-practice teams to deliver high-quality, enterprise-level solutions.

• Create strategies for stakeholder engagement and facilitate customer backlog planning.

• Assist with project forecasting and Sprint 0 planning.

• Conduct retrospectives after projects to discover opportunities for improvement.

• Celebrate team achievements and highlight the impact of delivery engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in providing technical delivery oversight across multiple client engagements, demonstrating strong consultative abilities.

• Extensive technical knowledge of Azure technologies, including: Log Analytics (KQL), Application Insights, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Backup, Azure Security, Azure Networking (App Gateways, Front Door, Firewall, VWAN), Azure Storage, Azure Automation (IaC), Azure Sentinel, App Services, Containers (AKS), Managed Instances, Azure SQL, Azure DNS, and Azure Virtual Desktop + Nerdio, Azure Files.

• Solid understanding of Cloud Infrastructure solutions and the execution of their implementation using IaC (Bicep or Terraform).

• Commitment to staying updated on the latest technologies and their potential impact on current 3Cloud offerings.

• Familiarity with the cloud ecosystem and emerging cutting-edge cloud technologies.

• Skills in performance analysis, troubleshooting, and remediation techniques.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently or as part of a virtual project team.

• Possession of the AZ-305 Cloud Architect certification.
