Senior Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop projects from initial design ideas through to comprehensive construction documentation.

• Generate precise plans, elevations, sections, joinery, cabinetry, and construction details.

• Prepare thorough architectural and interior documentation packages.

• Create schedules for finishes, fixtures, fittings, doors, windows, and joinery.

• Produce presentation drawings utilizing Revit and Adobe InDesign.

• Review documentation against established checklists and Australian NCC and Australian Standards requirements, identifying potential issues.

• Ensure that drawings and documentation adhere to high standards of accuracy, consistency, and presentation.

• Work autonomously through revisions and efficiently incorporate feedback.

• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet studio standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidate must be based in the Philippines.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture or building design.

• Strong expertise in high-end residential architecture and interiors.

• Degree or qualification in Architecture or Building Design.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.

• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Excel.

• Capability to independently manage and deliver complete documentation packages from concept to construction documentation.

• Experience with interior layouts.

• Proven experience in producing plans, elevations, and sections.

• Familiarity with joinery and cabinetry documentation.

• Knowledge of construction detailing.

• Experience in preparing material and finishes schedules.

• Strong understanding of residential construction and interior detailing.

• Working knowledge of NCC requirements.

• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and respond effectively to feedback.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Subscription to REVIT program 2026.

• Dedicated and professional home office setup.

• Ability to consistently work and communicate effectively with the studio remotely.

• Disclosure of any existing ongoing roles or client work is required.
