Functional Oracle ERP Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the functional architecture and solution design for Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, encompassing General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Projects, and Accounting Hub Cloud Service.

• Conduct stakeholder workshops, collect business requirements, and execute fit-gap assessments to outline future-state finance processes.

• Design and govern enterprise structures, chart of accounts, financial data models, and comprehensive finance solutions.

• Collaborate with finance and technology teams to establish integration requirements and ensure conformity with Oracle best practices.

• Assist in implementation activities, including testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and solution governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a role as an ERP Functional Architect, Solution Architect, or a comparable leadership position.

• Between 8 to 12 years of experience with Oracle ERP solutions, including Oracle ERP Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite.

• At least 5 years of direct experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials.

• In-depth knowledge of finance and project accounting processes, such as Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Project Financial Management.

• Experience in conducting fit-gap analysis, defining target-state solutions, and supporting governance frameworks.

• Demonstrated capability to lead requirements workshops and effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in creating functional specifications and validating comprehensive business solutions.

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is preferred.

• Familiarity with enterprise finance transformation initiatives and best-practice process design is preferred.

• Strong skills in facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management are preferred.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment is preferred.
