📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the architectural integrity of the Palantir Technologies Foundry platform.

• Lead architectural decisions for intricate, cross-functional projects that involve multiple business units.

• Convert business goals and product strategies into scalable execution roadmaps.

• Proactively identify architectural risks and devise practical strategies for their mitigation.

• Set architectural standards for ontology-driven data modeling and application development methodologies.

• Establish scalable and supportable patterns for data operations and system integration techniques.

• Ensure that security controls, performance optimization, reliability, and cost efficiency are integrated into the platform's design.

• Advocate for the adoption of AI-assisted development tools and contemporary engineering practices.

• Define, implement, and uphold enterprise architecture standards and governance frameworks.

• Mentor and guide senior engineers and technical leads to enhance architectural standards throughout the organization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in data architecture, platform engineering, backend systems, or similar technical leadership positions.

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience with Palantir Technologies Foundry in production settings.

• Demonstrated success in designing and scaling complex enterprise data platforms and distributed systems.

• Proficiency in ontology-driven data modeling, data engineering principles, operational pipelines, system integrations, and workflow automation.

• Strong grasp of multi-tenant SaaS architecture, platform security, and role-based access control frameworks.

• Experience supporting AI-enabled capabilities in production, including familiarity with machine learning lifecycle concepts, intelligent automation, and/or model inference workflows.

• Experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools to enhance engineering productivity, delivery speed, and solution quality.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the capability to work efficiently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
