Senior Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design innovative, scalable, and secure solutions for enterprise clients across web, mobile, and business process sectors.

• Act as the primary technical authority for the organization's most vital and complex projects.

• Assess and recommend emerging technologies, leading their adoption in controlled initiatives.

• Champion sustainable, high-quality coding and development practices throughout the team.

• Lead cross-functional projects that enhance development efficiency and strengthen organizational capabilities.

• Collaborate with the Sales team on pre-sales discovery, proof-of-concept delivery, and solution proposals.

• Convert client business objectives into detailed solution designs, including effort estimates, delivery schedules, and risk considerations.

• Create and present strategic technical workshops and presentations for executive and architect audiences.

• Engage in proactive technical discovery to identify challenges and uncover high-value opportunities for clients and Accelerated Focus.

• Directly oversee a team of Technical Analysts, providing daily leadership, performance management, and professional growth.

• Mentor TA4 and junior team members on advanced architecture, leadership competencies, and decision-making frameworks.

• Collaborate with peers to maintain consistent standards, balance workloads, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the Low Code Team.

• Participate in organizational growth strategies in partnership with the Head of Low Code.

• Represent Accelerated Focus in industry discussions and serve as a thought leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Post-secondary education in computer science or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Over 10 years of experience in coding and database programming, including roles in customer-facing solution architecture or pre-sales consulting.

• More than 5 years of leadership and mentoring experience.

• At least 4 years of experience leading technical strategy for enterprise-level projects or solution design initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience in architectural leadership, strategic innovation, and technology implementation.

• Experience contributing to organizational and strategic growth initiatives.

• Proven ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams on multiple concurrent projects.

• Proficient in at least 5 programming languages.

• Advanced skills in code architecture and design.

• Extensive knowledge of agentic systems, web and mobile application development, and business process modeling.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling narratives for technical and executive audiences.

• Capable of conducting effective technical discovery sessions and translating findings into actionable solution recommendations.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguous, high-stakes pre-sales and advisory environments where technical judgment significantly impacts commercial outcomes.

• Strong business acumen with a proven capacity to influence commercial results through technical positioning.

• Flexible analytical problem-solving abilities and comfort with rapidly evolving technologies.
